Greg Billington - President
Greg began his career in 1983 with a local general contractor doing drafting, design and estimating. By 1984 Greg was working in those capacities for CIB while also handling field supervision. He became vice president in 1991 and continues today as the president of Commercial Industrial Builders. With Greg having worked in all capacities of the building business enables Greg to have a vast knowledge of construction and the construction industry from his 24 years of experience.
Garre Waddell – Vice President of Sales
Garre began his career in construction in 1993 while working for one of the largest general contractors in the tri-state area. Those functions have ranged from jobsite foreman to estimating and project management. Today, Garre handles most of the sale for CIB and having worked in several capacities in the construction industry, has enabled him to acquire a good knowledge of construction design and the construction industry from his 22 years of experience.
Paul Gilbert – Estimating / Sales
Paul started working in construction 1986 while working for a general contractor in Austin TX. By 1993 Paul was working for a multi-state retail chain handing design construction, real estate site selection and financial planning. After joining CIB in 2002 he has held the position of estimator and project manager. His 25 years of experience in the construction industry and managing of projects in 22 states makes him a real asset to CIB.
Kirk Winningham – Project Manager
Kirk started in construction in 1987 doing commercial sub-contracting and home construction / design. Kirk joined CIB in 1998 doing project management and estimating. Kirk also served in the Marine Corps Reserves from 1987 – 2007. His knowledge and skills in construction combined with strong leadership gives him an exceptional skill set for leading projects from start to finish.
